In our many years of working with clients we have learned that there is always room for a little cleaning up. In an effort to help encourage keeping a clean shop, we have compiled a Housekeeping Package to make things easier.
We start by sitting down with team leaders currently using the system, and any in-house staff you have administering behind the scenes to understand the overall business process, and uses for the system. A basic review of the page layouts, custom fields, Reports, Dashboards, search layouts, and List Views is next. Then a list of recommendations will be compiled by us and provided to you, along with an action plan for executing those changes. Changes might include cleaning up of existing reports/dashboards, creating more current impactful reports/dashboards, removing old or under-utilized custom fields, refreshing page layouts to improve user experience, or modernizing security settings. With any time left on the project we can implement those changes, or work with your in-house team to finish them up. We then wrap up with basic training on the changes implemented.
Housekeeping packages are capped at 30 hours and are offered at a discounted rate of $4,999.
